Terms and conditions governing the commercial relationship between S.C. Artistic Lemn Deco SRL, hereinafter referred to as the Merchant and any natural or legal person interested in purchasing the Merchant’s products, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer:
Order processing time is a maximum of 3 working days.
The order delivery term consists of the order processing term plus the time required for the courier to deliver the order, but no more than a maximum of 10 working days.
The delivery will be made by Fan Courier, so the estimated transport costs in Romania are between 20 and 200 lei (depending on the weight of the package), but can be calculated more precisely at the address https://www.fancourier.ro/en/estimare-cost/.
Return Policy:
The warranty granted to the buyer for all products sold is 12 calendar months from the moment of purchase according to the invoice and applies to possible manufacturing defects; It does NOT apply to defects resulting from assembly errors or defects resulting from improper use of the products.
The buyer has the right to return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:
– the returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received;
– the return is made together with the accessories with which it was delivered;
– if you return several products of the same kind, make sure that only one is unsealed;
– products with signs of wear or products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out are not accepted for return;
The currently accepted payment methods are:
– PayU – credit card;
– PayU – installments (payment in installments);
Complaints Policy:
Complaints will be resolved within 10 working days. They can be sent by written means (email or WhatsApp) or using the CONTACT form.
